We Are under Construction!

After talking to contractors, our architect and working with the city, we believe this process of renovations will take close to 9 months.

Yes, with the current monthly offering each month, we take in enough to cover the monthly cost without requiring an increase in giving. However, we can’t say the same for the remodel cost - it is this cost we will raise so that we can pay cash for the buildout. More to come on this in the coming weeks.

Absolutely, not! That is a line in the sand we have drawn and will not cross. Our city generosity will continue to grow each and every year.

The building is a total of 45,000 sq. ft. We will only look to build out 18,000 sq ft currently. The auditorium is projected to seat 450. To put it into perspective our current auditorium seats 200.
